31 Day Yoga (Day 4) | FITNESS
After a very long and slow day at work, I really didn't want to drag my butt to studio for 6pm. This morning I was full of energy and up and moving by 745. I showered packed lunch and even made a smoothie for brekky (which is sort of a big deal for a chronic snoozer). However as the day slowly wasted away, I felt less and less energized and a typical wave of sadness washed over me. These are frequent happenings as I suffer from depression and a whole onslaught of mental illnesses - but really, who doesn't these days? Despite all this, I thought about my challenge. 31 days in a row. It isn't that long in the grand scheme of things and I feel like I owe it to myself to keep up the progress.
